Naturopathy

A naturopathic approach involves treating each person as a individual and treating the whole person rather than the disease or presenting symptoms. Naturopathy encompasses a variety of methods including: nutritional, dietary, lifestyle and western herbal medicine, as well as energetic medicine such as flower essences and homeopathy.

Your appointment will involve a naturopathic and nutritional consultation that is individualised through a holistic and evidence based approach to wellness.
