Brewing Instructions: 1 heaped teaspoon in 250ml of boiling water. (Or to taste)
Steep for 4 minutes, strain and drink.
This brew is a minty flavoured tea with a hint of lemon and cinnamon to smooth the flavour.
Peppermint, and Lemon Myrtle help to calm an upset stomach.
Cinnamon is a carminative but will also help stimulate digestion.
Oats and Licorice aid the digestive track and soothe the lining.
Calendula is a great anti-inflammatory.
